Later, they came through an open house we were hosting, where we ultimately sold them their next home. From there, we lined up the timelines: the renovations on their new property, their move-in date, and the best timing to list their current house.

But during those renovations, the market shifted. Activity slowed. And while many sellers would have chosen to wait for top dollar, these sellers were clear: their #1 priority was speed.

We adjusted our pricing strategy and marketing approach. When the sellers said “sell,” we delivered. The home went under contract quickly and closed smoothly, giving them the ability to move fully into their new home without delay.
